Trouble at t.'mill

If you're having trouble posting a comment to a message on the blog the following notes might help.

First and foremost - you must be a member of the blog to post a comment.  If you have not already joined click on "Sign In" in the dark blue bar at the top right of the blog home page.  On the next page click on "Sign up for a new Google Account" at top right and follow the instructions.  If you get stuck, contact Bill Burnett for help.

If you are already a member click on the title of the message you wish to comment on (no need to sign in at this stage). This opens up the comments page which has a blank rectangular space for a new comment. Type in your comment and click on "Post Comment". This takes you to the Google Account sign in page.  Enter your e-mail address and password. Make sure that there is NOT a tick in the box beside 'Stay signed in' - if there is, click on the box to remove it. Now click on the blue "Sign In" box and your comment should be posted to the blog.  You may be asked to type in a security code - make sure you copy the combination of letters and numbers exactly.

To Super league or not to super league, that is the question??

Well, as raised recently at the AGM the proposal for the Cornwall Super League has been received and is attached. If you have any comments to feedback please do by the middle of November to Mick Hewett or put them on the blog for all to see. Also if you see anyone please direct them to this document!!

Finding the Blog

Congratulations!! You have successfully reached the Penlee Bowling Club Blog.

If you came here via the link on the Penlee Bowling Club website please make a note of the URL of this Blog  http://penleebowls.blogspot.com  and add it to your "Favourites" or "Bookmarks" list on your browser.  Then next time you want to look at the Blog you can select it from your list and won't have to go through the BC website.

BDA Annual Review

I've received the attached concerning the Bowls Development Alliance Review. It's interesting to see what efforts are being made to promote this game we enjoy.
